I am paying a monthly fee for ID mobile but I don’t actually know what they do.

I pay 3 for the network I’m on. My phone is bought and paid for - as in not paid for monthly in installments.

So what do ID do for the money I am paying them?

We are a mobile company, who uses Three UK’s network.
