why cant i access my bills?

Every time I try to see my bill it just says ‘oops somethings gone wrong’

Hey there @MaryJane6, sorry to hear that. Have you also tried via both the iD Mobile app, as well as the iD Mobile website? Does the same happen when logged into both please?

Yes I tried on our PC but the same thing happens - any other ideas?
