Can I still call to Ukraine for free please

iD Mobile is still currently offering free calls and texts from the UK to Ukraine based mobile and landline numbers. Additionally, any iD Mobile customers currently in Ukraine will get free calls, texts, and unlimited data. Any usage will automatically be free rated.

This support for Ukraine remains ongoing and will continue until further notice.

Hi @Lauren 
Is this still valid? I came to Ukraine, and I dont have data. I can call and sms/text, that's all is working. I have contacted your support and got note, that this offer is not valid anymore? Pls can you confirm this?

I believe this is still valid, have you tried resetting your network settings while in Ukraine?

Hi Tom.

I tried many things. Last year it was working without any issue. This year not working with any settings, different phone etc

Is this issue everywhere in Ukraine?

 

It may be worth trying to manually connect to networks while there, we partner with Astelit, Beeline and Kyivstar in Ukraine.
