contract finished why am I still being charged

I have only just noticed that my contract has finished. It finished in August 2020. I have still been paying the full amount each month.

I thought once I had finished my 2 year contract I would be offered a sim only deal. but i have had no correspondence about it.

I don’t know what to do. I am currently paying £25.24 each month for unlimited text 500 min and 500MB

surely having a sim only deal would work out much cheaper. I need some help, I’m not very good at this.

Hi there @Clickoff 

You should receive an email close to the end of your contract advising you that you are close to the end of the contract and reminding you of the options from there.

You can log in to your iD Mobile account online (please register that if you haven’t already). 

Within your My Account area you will be able to select a Plan Change or Upgrade choice within there.
