I need to cancel a contract but I cannot talk to anyone by phone, I cannot set up an account and the live chat does not work.  I have cancelled the direct debit and you have emailed me within 24 hours to let me know that this will not cancel the contract.  But there is no email address to contact you on. I have spoken to a manager at Sittingbourne Carphone Warehouse and he has advised me that all I can do is cancel the DD. Can you please tell what I am supposed to do!
