I expected to be able to have two numbers and switch between the two. It was one of the things that attracted me to ID. But how do I make it work? I wanted to keep my old EE number so got a PAC. But still no two numbers. Thoughts??

Hello @nickobt

Welcome and thanks for posting.

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with using dual SIM.

To confirm, are both plans you are wanting to use with iD Mobile?

When did you request the port please?

Thanks,

Nat

Thanks Natalie

Yes, in answer to your first question. Both plans. I was told I would have two numbers.
I received the PAC from EE on 26th November.
Kind regards.
Nick

Thank you for your reply @nickobt

Are you using two physical SIM’s for the numbers?

With the PAC, have you provided this to us either via the form or when placing the order?

@Natalie W

@nickobt was under the understanding from iD that when joining they would have been allocated 2 different phone numbers. One ported from EE and the one provided by iD.

I think they may have been told this in error, I’m not sure. I was trying to help on another thread.

I believe we’ve responded to this on another thread, we’ll continue there.
