Hi there I recently ordered an Esim and handset through carph9ne warehouse but because the sim offer was refused the order was cancelled and I didn't realise and I ordered a new Esim but I didn't order the handset again and to get the sim free handset I'd have to pay full price which I cannot afford at this moment so pay monthly was perfect for me and I'd like to know what to do

Or I could order a new handset and Esim and cancel my current one which hasn't been activated yet

I had an order but I'm assuming it's been cancelled after I received an Email saying that yourselves had not accepted the handset and tariff combination and have heard no word since

That sounds like your credit check had not met the criteria for the device and plan chosen and therefore the order would be cancelled, sorry about this.
