Can you tell me if my esim refund has been processed please for order 442023613

    Hi @Neil Johns 

     

    Was this a SIM only plan?

     

    There wouldn’t be an upfront cost for a SIM only plan, what refund would you be referring to?

     

    If a refund for the first bill, this would automatically be sent, however you’ll be refunded for the time not spent on the plan.

     

    This should be received 3-5 working days after your plan has been cancelled/returned, if you don’t have anything by then, please let us know.
