Hello
I am new customer and I made a purchase from ID Mobile which is iPhone 16 pro Max and Esim contract for 24 months. I’m still waiting my order to be delivered as the email i got to be 24th October this month. I have a question about the IPhone;

is my iPhone 16 pro Max will be locked on to ID network only or will be unlocked to all other networks and providers . if locked to ID network only can I unlock it once I receive it and how I can unlock it  ?!!

I hope to get answer here please !🙏

    Since December 2021 UK networks have been banned from locking phones so it will be unlocked.

    It’s completely unlocked, we haven’t locked any of our devices for a very long time, you can put any SIM card you wish to in your phone purchased from iD Mobile.
