New to ID, esim still not allowing phone calls

So I received all info from ID mobile and now all set up it says today - using esim

However I cannot make or receive any phone calls

Whatsapp and texts all working fine

 

online chat says to wait until 6pm today - is that correct even though I received a text saying all ready to use ?

If you have an iPhone go to settings and turn off iMessage and FaceTime the phone off. Turn it back on and reactivate them both and it should work.

I have this problem. Tried every troubleshoot under the sun and nothing is working. Live Chat disconnected. Wasted about 3 hours of my life and stilL no solution. This network is so poor at instructions. Really regretting switching

You should port to SMARTY. They are better I moved to them. No issues. They just don’t have eSIM yet but that’s no biggie.
