I have ordered my upgrade online, I recieved a confirmation e-mail straightaway but have heard nothing since regarding the order in over a day? Can anyone help?

Have you checked your junk/ spam folder for any order updates there?

Does your iD Mobile app state you’re on the new tariff as of yet if you look in there?
