I am due an upgrade whilst away travelling for 5 months.

can I upgrade to a sim only eSIM deal whilst abroad?

Hey there ​@Josh Bygrave, welcome to Community!

 

We usually advise customers to activate and use their SIM card in the UK first, to ensure there’s no issues, however, you should be fine if you’re upgrading and changing to an eSIM, as that should be fine to activate abroad.

 

Of course if you do and run into issues, you can always contact us.
