Why was I overcharged on my bill?

I just looked at my bill for September and I have been overcharged I get unlimited texts and calls and 50gb of data which I don’t even get close to using I am meant to be charged £49.99 however I was charged £58.21 why is this? This is a new contract only taken out in July there are no charges as I changed to £0 cap

You mentioned you’ve viewed the bill which confirms the higher charge for that month, have you then seen the breakdown on the following pages?

It’s the monthly recurring charge which has increased there isn’t any charges
