It was suggested to order a new sim. I opted for eSim

Have done a speed test in the area of my home address , speed test came back with 3.05 mps , ping 84ms, this is in an are that the coverage map ,shows 4g signal good indoors and out doors. The above figure is for indoors.

Outdoors at my home address shows 19.15 mps with a 67ms ping

Not great

Your lucky you get 3Mbps 👍. Ordered new phone and SIM, wife had a SIM only. Ported number over. No incoming calls after a week and our internet is 0.5Mbps . Was with sky wish we hadn't bothered. I still have a week left to send it all back.

I have always found 4G speeds to be poor on the THREE network and any MVNO that uses the THREE network to provide a service. If your looking to use THREE or any MVNO that uses THREE as a broadband alternative, then invest in a 5G router.

The problem here is paying for a service that is very poor at best, seems to lots of complaints regarding data speeds, Nothing ever seems to be done to fix it, apart from, blaming the phone or blaming the sim card , Will add this , my friend at work is on THREE, he can get a signal in the workplace building, I  get nothing

Hi @Crazydiamond

Sorry to hear this, speeds and pings can vary whilst on 4G/5G, unfortunately we can’t and don’t guarantee a minimum download/upload speed.

I can ring out. But if anyone tries to ring me back or have my number anyway it says number is unavailable.

I've waited for tech team for 5 days now still nothing so am leaving on the cool off period.

And the 4 other Sims ordered are getting cancelled aswell

Hi @magpie1832

Okay, we’d recommend keeping in touch with the tech team if this is with them already, or if you wish to cancel you are free to do so, sorry to hear this.
