Can't make calls or texts as it says I reached my limit but I am on a unlimited contract, what do I do?

Sounds like a mistake by iD Mobile, but forum members like us can’t look at customers accounts,
I'd recommend chatting online with iD support using their Live Chat service.
The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - the iD chatbot works 24/7.
