help! not letting me call any number

Any time I call a number it give automated message from ID 

“ you have dialled our customer payment helpline but our records show you are up to date with you payment” and hangs up?!

I have the same issue


Exactly the same and this is the second time, I really need to make few calls, id mobile sucks, I will change provider and will give very bad reviews everywhere. 


You have a bar on your account you need to ask them to lift it
