Anybody clarify what are in plan numbers, can't even ring 02 ( London) numbers ) without message saying out of plan minutes. Are id purely mobile to mobile ???

Calling landline numbers starting 01, 02, and 03 are in-plan,
So are mobile calls to the iD classified standard 07 numbers.

I have raised a complaint and been told that geographic numbers are chargeable. t&c also states included, this company stinks and rely on people being gullible

So it gets more difficult, UK geographical land line included unless they are classified as business numbers, then they are chargeable. The country of Vat rates for biscuits and Jaffa cakes
