Since last night I haven’t been able to receive text messages or phone calls. I can make calls and send messages.
I have been on the online chat 4 times, picked up a replacement sim, refreshed numbers on messages and phone, refreshed the network but without any luck.
when people call they get a message to say my number is not recognised 😭

The iD Live Chat service is probably the quickest way to get your iD account working properly,
Other options are visiting a Currys store and getting help in-store, or wait here for someone from iD Mobile to respond by PM - knowing that iD personnel normally only read forum posts once a day (sometimes less frequently).
