Hi,
Planning to go to the Maldives, but can't find info on places that aren't in the category band 1 or band 2 locations.
We will be going via Doha, then onto Maldives.
1. Will ID mobile even work for signal in both locations?
2. If data turned off, would there be a charge for call/text or even just being outside the EU?
3. Would roaming need to be turned on or off? As in what's the difference?

We do offer network partners in both locations. Whilst in Doha please connect to Ooredo and Wataniya in Maldives.
If you don’t wish to be charged I would advise reducing the cap to £0 and turning roaming off.
