Keeping number on same network upgrade

Hi i have found a deal on mobiles.co.uk with id mobile but i dont know how to keep same number as cannot access the deal through id app

I’d recommend calling the iD Mobile sales team on 0207 1391 397 to see if they’re able to offer anything similar.
