cant receive calla

Hi, I’ve recently joined and I can make calls but can’t receive calls !

any help appreciated!

Don’t worry 

Like I said can take up to 10pm tonight to fully complete. Mine did the same and was around 4pm by the time it fully switched. Just keep turning phone off/on and try calling yourself from another phone so you know it’s done.

no this doesn’t help. I can make calls but I can’t receive any

It’s the same guide for making or receiving calls.

I’ve tried everything. Apart from the VoLTE setting, which I can;t find on my Iphone (16 pro)

Has it just started to happen? Have you ported your old number across to iD and the port date is today?

Yes, ported over today.

 

strange I can make calls but not receive calls though

@Malliebruce2025 The port can take up to 10pm tonight to fully complete. The situation you’re experiencing is a normal part of the porting process. Keep turning your phone off/on intermittently during this time and eventually it will all work. You should get a SMS when it’s fully complete. If not working by tomorrow morning please post back.
