Free 3 months Apple TV + claim


Had a ID mobile phone contract since 15/05/24 purchased via mobiles.co.uk but as of yet I have not received any link or email to claim my 3 months free Apple TV + subscription. How do I claim this offer?

I have just joined ID Mobile and the link for the free Apple TV goes to a page that says “UID Missing or incorrect” does anyone know what this means and how do I redeem the offer?

I have tried to access my 3 month trial  Apple TV . but I keeps replying “can’t access Paypal account.” when I put my credit card details in. Customer service have told me that they can not take it ant further as the don’t deal with any of my transactions with Apple .

Hi @Beccob,

It sounds like Apple require a payment method to be set up incase you continue after the trial period.

If you are having issues updating the payment please contact Apple directly.
