I have tried my SIM in another phone and it is working but when I put it back in this phone it's not working

Hey there @Elizabeth Mclachlan, welcome to Community!

As @andewhite has kindly suggested, that does point more towards a device issue, as opposed to a SIM issue. Did you purchase this phone from ourselves? If so, when, and what device is it?

Thank you,

Tyler

Okay @Elizabeth Mclachlan, seems like the iD SIM is okay, but the handset you want to use it with could be faulty.

Can you try a non iD SIM in the suspect handset?

Hi @Elizabeth Mclachlan,

It sounds like the handset may be faulty.

I would advise having the handset checked with the manufacturer.

If the SIM works in another handset it definitely sounds like a faulty handset.

@Elizabeth Mclachlan,

You can either visit your local Curry’s store or contact the manufacturer directly.

If you have any issues, please let us know.
