New Order Confirmation Email

Hi,

I ordered a phone for my Father in Law, everything seemed to go through smoothly but I haven’t had any confirmation emails, texts or anything. I’m worried by the fact that I supplied a PAC code and chose Wednesday 15th May as the changeover date. Could someone confirm that this order has gone through, or if not that his current phone will not be disconnected.

Hi, I managed to contact ID on the phone and they told me that they had no record of the order. The phone is still working on my old provider so nothing must have gone through.
