New user..... New sim arrived but is not my number....was supposed to have been transferred with PAC code 

How do you contact help

Okay ​@Richard Alfrey, you’ll need to use the iD online Live Chat service, and speak with the customer service team about processing your PAC.

The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends) - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
