no transaction code

Bought a new phone today - wanting to keep my number I have the pac code but no transaction number I haven’t received an email with it on and I didn’t receive any paper work when I got the phone I’ve been bk into store and she has given me a code starting with 4 but that isn’t working either is there any way of receiving this code without the email or paper work?

You can use the online iD Live Chat service to submit a PAC, @Laurak

Only trouble being the iD advisers only work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays.

It doesn’t load just takes me to the bot and that keeps saying the transaction code is on the email I haven’t received think I’m going to take the phone back and cancel it as id mobile seems to not have any help and nobody to ask any questions too worst network I’ve ever come across

Okay @Laurak, just tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you want to “talk to a person”. The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
