No Transaction Number

Hi, trying to switch from other provider, have PAC etc but no welcome email so no transaction email. Can’t see any number on invoices and live chat not working.

Okay @Jack Thompson, if Live Chat doesn’t seem to be working, the following might help:

  • Allowing popup windows in your browser.
  • Try an incognito / inprivate window in your browser.
  • Try another web browser.

Alternatively, send a private message to ID support via the iD Mobile social media pages, using Facebook Messenger or X (formerly Twitter).
