I have been waiting all day for my old number to transfer. After reading some of the conversations I am quite worried.  When will I get my old number active again?

Hey there Peter, thank you for reaching out to us. 

 

All ports will complete between 8am-10pm on the selected date, and you’ll receive a text from us to your ID Mobile SIM card once the switch is completed. We’d then recommend restarting your phone once you’ve received this text. 

 

If you’re having issues the day after your port was due to complete, then please let us know.

Has your old service provider’s SIM card stopped working, @Peter Kay

On the date scheduled for switching, it can take up until 10pm for iD to complete the switch.
