I submitted my PAC code when i ordered my phone last week (25th May) and requested a switch for Tuesday 28th May. Nothing has happened and my phone still has the ID Mobile new number.
When can I expect to get the old number on my new phone? I can’t seem to track it anywhere - I have a Tracking switch ID - but no idea where to track it? Tried the chatbot but that is all automated and just tells me to do what I have already done.
Please can you help?
