Updating phone number

Hi,

I’ve followed the instructions of updating my number in the phone settings as I have no signal and I’ve transferred my number over. I go in to update the number and save but it reverts back to the old number, how do I get it to save my number?

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET, @Ann-MarieD? 

Your handset user guide should explain the resetting procedure.
