If you can’t make international calls or send texts internationally on your phone, follow these steps to get back on track:
Step 1 - Enable International and Premium on your iD Mobile plan.
To make international calls or send texts internationally, you need to enable ‘International’ and ‘Premium’ in the iD Mobile app or My Account Online, you can:
- Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to My Account Online.
- Tap ‘Plan’.
- Scroll down.
- Tap ‘Manage your iD services’.
- Tap the toggle to enable International & Premium.
Step 2 - Change your Bill Cap.
International calls and texts are chargeable. Therefore, you need to adjust your Bill Cap to make them. Here’s how:
