Couldn't find my contract expiry info

For info on how long is left on your plan and how much your final termination fee is, we’d recommend the above from @andewhite.

Alternatively you’ll be able to check your iD Mobile app and will receive an email when your contracted term is coming to an end.

I’ve sent INFO to the number as recommended it then asked for INFO and my Date of birth in a 6 digit format, I did this but I kept getting a repeat message asking for the same information if I don’t need to pay £45 this month as I’m out of contract I’m far more likely to take up another contract with ID mobile even if it’s a sim only as times are hard atm

How do I find out when my contract ends?

This can be found in the iD Mobile app, or by checking when you got the contract and adding your contracted term length to it.

It’s advisable that you don’t post your mobile number into a public forum. ANYONE can read it and potentially call you using (what appears to be) your full name.
