Extremely Slow Data Speeds

I’m currently receiving around 2mb down and 0.5-1mb up. This is unacceptable for the price point. Is there any way I can sort this issue? I’m afraid I will have to cancel my cancel if not.

My data is so slow, often not loading pages or videos when I’m using. I can’t seem to find the usual settings where you can check the data information. I’ve tried selecting another network then going back

to id to reboot. It’s pretty useless tbh and I can only use phone on WiFi.
