Making a payment - Lost bank card


Hey, is there anyone that could help me with my bill? I lost my bank card and waiting for a new one, I lost my dad yesterday morning, I need help with my bill and to speak about when I can pay it.

I have lost my bank card and waiting for a new one being sent out to me I lost my mum a couple of week's ago and I just can't seem to find it and my bill is due today and I don't want to be cut of
