Oops... something went wrong.

We have 2 numbers in our account. One is working fine. The other not. Every time I go to this account is simply shows me this error message:

 

Oops... something went wrong.

 

I was able to top up but unable to buy a bundle.

Whether through the n or through the website.

The automatic renewal failed earlier today, and I received a text.

Both are PAYG.

 

How can I buy a bundle?

Update: Contacting chat support. They purchased the bundle through my account for me. Working now. Good service.
