I've been paying £12 per month even though I've left them in sept 2023 ( I've only just noticed on my bank statements). Would ID mobile know I'd left them when I changed my sim card over to the other mobile provider. Ive not got written proof. TIA Graham

Did you ask iD Mobile for a PAC and give this to the other mobile provider,
When you give your PAC to your new provider they are responsible for ensuring your old provider’s account is closed.
Perhaps you somehow purchased two connections to the iD Mobile network, and one is still active.
