There have been 3 payments from id mobile going out of my bank account, I don’t have a id mobile account nor sim or anything I haven’t signed up for anything I need to get this sorted as soon as possible

My contract finished last month and I am on sim only deal atm. I noticed that a direct debit of £45.09 went out from my account this morning. Can you explain to me why was this unauthorized payment taken as I am on £16 sim only deal ATM.

Perhaps you’ve got two connections to the iD network,
An iD contract doesn’t finish - there’s no end date.
One of the contracted parties needs to give notice of cancellation for an iD contract to end.
