unauthorised payment going out of my bank for id mobile but i dont have an account here nor a sim or mobile


There have been 3 payments from id mobile going out of my bank account, I don’t have a id mobile account nor sim or anything  I haven’t signed up for anything I need to get this sorted as soon as possible

I just had the same issue! A dd set up from my account for 55.99!!!  What is going on??!!

My contract finished last month and I am on sim only deal atm. I noticed that a direct debit of £45.09 went out from my account this morning.  Can you explain to me why was this unauthorized payment taken as I am on £16 sim only deal ATM.

Perhaps you’ve got two connections to the iD network, @Suzie6709

An iD contract doesn’t finish - there’s no end date.

One of the contracted parties needs to give notice of cancellation for an iD contract to end.
