I'm on Pay as you go, every single time I've been on pay as you go with other providers, when I choose a SIM card online with a particular plan and the month ends and I put credit in my account, the plan gets taken out automatically. Not with ID mobile! You top up and they just use the credit without a plan! So that's £30 I've used for literally nothing! And I still have to top up again just to get the plan. I will never be using ID mobile ever again. What a god awful company.
