I wish to move to a sim-only plan and do not need a new mobile phone at this time.

Hey there
If you wish to upgrade, you’ll need to login to the iD Mobile app/website, and go to the “Upgrades” tab, and order one there. Or, you can call our sales team on 02071391397.
