24 Month Contract Over - Switch to Sim Only

Hi, 

My 24 month contract is up and I’ve received email confirmation that it’s now time to “upgrade.”

I wish to move to a sim-only plan and do not need a new mobile phone at this time. 

How is the best way to proceed?

If you wish to upgrade, you’ll need to login to the iD Mobile app/website, and go to the “Upgrades” tab, and order one there. Or, you can call our sales team on 02071391397.
