adding secondary device?


I am just wondering if its possible to add a second device to my existing contract? Want to switch my work phone over to id mobile. Thankyou.

Unfortunately @Woolgar442, you won’t be able to have a single direct debit. You’ll have to take out a new SIM contract. However, you can change the dates of either contract anytime in the iD Mobile app, so you can have them come out on the same date, but it’ll show as two separate Direct Debits on your Bank Statements.

Hey @Woolgar442,

That shouldn’t be an issue, you’ll need a PAC from the provider of your work phone. Then you can keep your Work Phone number and purchase any new Pay Monthly phone plan or SIM Only deal.

I already have a contract out with Id Mobile, that being my personal phone. I am looking to have my work phone on Id Mobile too. But ideally keeping them on the same contract and paying one sum each month rather then pay 2 separate bills each month? Does that make sense?

I have two numbers { REMOVED } and { REMOVED }. Both are my kids phone number. So I manage through Web. Within th ID mobile Web, I can see only 1 number. I want to add 07947 250098 number as well. 

Can you please help?
