Hi @Amy14

Unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to move an upgrade date, your upgrade to a new device would be available 2 months before your 24 month device plan ends.

To get a new phone and keep your number @Amy14, you would need to purchase an upgrade for your existing 24-month minimum term contract, once eligible to upgrade.

You’re only eligible to upgrade once you’re within the final 60-days of the minimum term though.

Unfortunately, you can only pay the early termination fee by leaving iD Mobile for another provider, or cancelling your existing iD contract.

@Patricia Higgins  The phone manufacturers have warranty on their devices from 1 to 2 years but this would not cover your devices as you've stated you've broken your phone. If you have mobile insurance you can claim via that and my have to pay a fee toward this. Likewise most( home content) insurance covers accidental damage but one would have to speak to your insurance company.

Last resort is to borrow a phone if possible or buy a cheap new or second hand phone.

Hey there @Patricia Higgins, sorry to hear that.

What phone do you have, and when did you purchase it please?

Also, did you order the phone from us at iD Mobile, Currys etc?

Thanks,

Tyler
