Call from ID mobile regarding upgrade

Hi I contacted ID on live chat to discuss an upgrade they put me through to sales who said they would call me back today 

I have redo a call from this number 08000490250

just wanted to check it is a ID customer service number and not a scam

    To discuss an upgrade, try the iD telephone sales team, ​@Sherri09.

    Contact iD sales on 020 7139 1397, between 9am - 6pm.

    Otherwise, there isn’t a telephone support helpline for iD Mobile.

    Thanks I did the 7777 number in the end and all seems good
