If you’re wanting an additional plan/contract with us, then you’d simply need to order via our website. You will be subject to the usual credit and security checks, which determines whether you can have another plan or not.

 

We cannot advise or presume if that’d be successful, so can only advise to try if you’re wanting a new plan.

Why are exclusive deals for an existing customer to get an additional line more expensive than buying online on your website. Is the exclusive part being ripped off?

Hey there ​@Skezza, new customer deals and current customer deals are consistently changing, therefore, it can depend on the time that you decide to change deals/upgrade. Sometimes, a current customer deal will be better than a new customer deal, and vice-versa.

 

We'd like to hope that you were able to take out a great deal when joining us, and this was likely better than some current customers deals at that time.
