I’ve been sent one of those ‘cheapest deal’ emails and there’s an option on there with no equivalent on the upgrade page when I log in. The version on the logged in dashboard is 10GB per month worse. Both are exactly the same terms (Sim only rolling monthly contract) at exactly the same price.
I tried chatting to an agent but was abruptly told it was “not available” which doesn’t surprise me given ID’s track record of contactability.
