Deal on my account isn't what I ordered online

Hi there, I don't think that the contract I bought as an upgrade is the one shown on the account. I bought the 150GB deal on monthly rollover, with 100GB bonus, but it's showing 150 GB with no extra. Can this be looked at?

Have you had an email yet from websales@idmobile.co.uk, the heading should be Thank You For Your Order ?

If you have look at that (scroll down to the green letters saying) Your order. Does this show the 250GB there?

Hopefully it does.

 

Anyway, I’ll pop an image up showing you’re not going mad, the offer is there!
