Details wrong on plan

I upgraded my plan to a sim only plan after paying for my phone and i chose a £16 per month (first 6months free) unlimited data, calls and texts.

when i first changed it in the app it says my data is only 5gb and not unlimited 

also it says my next bill is due next month but im supposed to have the first 6months free

Hi @catfox, if you have 6-months free line rental, the billing will still be produced and you’ll be emailed with the total as normal. However, account credit should automatically be applied to the account to make sure you don’t get charged via direct debit.

If a member of the customer services team has manually applied an extra unlimited data bundle, this won’t reflect on the app. However, you will have unlimited data to use.

If you’ve changed your plan part way through a billing period, this may also mean that you have 5GB to use this month if you’re coming to the end of your current billing cycle.
