Done my upgrade twice and hasn't gone through
What makes you say that? Are you getting a confirmation screen that the order has gone through? Have you checked your spam/junk folders in your email?
You can also try calling the sales team on 02071391397 between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, and they should be able to help further.

Have you double checked your emails for any confirmations? What happens when you go through the process to upgrade?
It may be worth trying the sales team as suggested above by @MZone if the site/app isn’t working as intended.
