I’m due to travel from September to December and due an upgrade in October. I will be buying a sim out there as roaming isn’t covered in Australia. Will my phone still work once my contract has finished and can I upgrade when I get back or do I upgrade while I’m away and get it when I’m home but again will my phone still work?

Yes, as long as bills continue to be paid your plan with us will still be active and working.

Your contract doesn’t end it just rolls on month by month. You can upgrade anytime after the minimum term is up.
